“Riesling”

Our 2021 Riesling is made from a single vineyard in the heart of Santa Ynez Valley, CA. The vines are 50 years old and have been sustainably farmed for the last half century!

This fruit rests on its skins for 28 days and then aged in neutral oak barrels that creates a smooth and dry texture. The wine has hints of guava and honey suckle with a light body and crisp finish.

Fallen Grape’s low intervention winemaking process is simple; Nothing added, Nothing taken away.
